About us
European cuisine with a twist in the Design-Restaurant
The cozy restaurant AREA10, in the middle of Hamburg's city center, combines modern design with sustainable materials and cuisine that impresses all the senses. Owner Maris Antonevics, who has already celebrated success as a restaurateur in his home country of Latvia, has found the perfect chef in Andrey Dromov. The "Jamie Oliver of the East" was a famous TV chef in Ukraine. Now he brings his talent for fine taste, great show and pure entertainment at AREA10.
Even though the launch of AREA10 in the fall of 2020 was slowed down by the pandemic, Maris Antonevics, a former competitive skier, never doubted that he had made the right decision. With a great deal of effort, he has turned the restaurant into a place that now finally delights Hamburgers and tourists alike: at important business lunch, a short lunch break, after a shopping trip, for dinner, for a date or private celebrations.
